Scope: A UK national Charity required assistance with the implementation of a new accounting system which allows for seamless consolidation of financial statements.

Engagement: Assistance was provided to implement the new system, including providing training to finance staff. In addition, assistance was provided to implement an online banking and payment system, to move the Charity away from cash transactions.

Outcome: The accounting records of the Charity was moved from Excel spreadsheets onto the new system, cutting accounting preparation time significantly. Additionally, significant savings were achieved during the annual audit, due to increased transparency of accounting records as well as increased accessibility of data in real-time.
